I have panic Attacks, ill tell you how i deal with them, mabe you could try...
I sometimes feel my body changeing.. like sweaty hand... going red.. or feel sick. and my mind begins to run fast thoughts etc. It make me totally flip put... but when i feel these sytems i begin to breath in and control the.. its hard but efective.
If something is bring it on remove yourself. I know sumtimes it feel as if you cant get away or canrt get out... but do somethig. ( that does ot envolve hurting yourself)
sit down drink some water. have a break. Brethe in deep and out slowly.

It really depends on the severity and what is triggering them. If they happen occassionally and are mild, simple breathing exercises should do the trick. However, if they are occuring often and severe you should seek a professional's advice. You may have an overwhelming fear and need to learn to cope with it or get over it. Also, if necessary medications like xanax may help.

Aren't they awful? I used to get them very bad. There is medication you can take but if you do not want to go to a doctor or take pills, learn some relaxation techniques. Breathing, and mental relaxation methods are useful. Start by taking in slow deep breaths and thinking about the calmest moment of your life. Good luck!

i had panic attacks. what helped me was physical exercise (cardio), talking with a psychotherapist, and meds....and of course time heals all!
