Fatin my tummy is reallly embarssing cause if I go out my friends always laugh at me but I really don't care. Please, I have a really healthy diet and swim on the holidays I try to run to school but it is just to pufing and also, I have a reallly a enemery that walks with me so I don't know what to do

You are moving in the right direction. Foremost in your campaign to lose weight is the determination to do it. Acknowledging the fact that you are overweighed is the most important initial step. Next, you should evaluate the factors surrounding your poor eating habits. You must be willing to change what, how and how much you eat. You must be well motivated to do it. Let's say, just slipping on that two -piece bikini this coming summer. I followed these steps and was successful in shedding over 40 lbs. I didn't resort to any water pills , techniques of bingeing and purging, diet pills or even any diet plan.
My best and effective solution to this probllem are employing the following steps:
1) )I brush my teeth immediately after eating.. This way, I won't feel tempted to eat some more.
2) I already made a solid resolution to lose weight and or maintain my body weight.
3) I already made a strong resolution not to eat anything past 7p.m.
4) I just imagine the amount of work involved to work off that extra weight brought on by that extra cookie or doughnut.
5) I drink water before each meals to make myself feel full.
6) I make a strong determination not to overeat. or eat until I'm completely full.
7) I leave the table still hungry.
8) I try not to buy pants with garters. I don't get rid of my form fitting outfits.
9) I weigh myself every morning.
10) I exercise regularly.
11) I eat well balanced meals. Lots of fruits and vegetables. I drink a lot of water.
12) I don't go grocery shopping wwith a hungry stomach.
13) I try to eat home cooked meals as much as possible.
14) I don't store junk foods in the house.
15) I avoid the fast food restaurants and bakery section. of the supermarkets.
17) nI make a grocery list before I hit the supermarkets and try to adhere to my list.
18) I make a strong resolution not to get obese. I'm well aware the various health issues that obesity create.
19) I try to avoid hanging out with obese or fat friends.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

Try swimming but not only on holidays, try it more often like every other day (my friend had the same problem and started swimming lessons 4 times a week, and she really has slimmed down) Running is good too, keep it up (you'll start to build up stamina and so you can run longer without "puffing") Keep up with the healthy diet (i suppose its veggies, it has less fat in it and is more filling) Sit-ups works great too. try Taebo, lol! any exercising is good. attempt to stroll as plenty you could and take a minimum of four food an afternoon that's thoroughly with out oil and fat unfastened. end eating comfortable beverages. in uncomplicated terms water 8 to 10 glasses in an afternoon. strolling or strolling is the superb excersise to drop extra pounds with out gaining muscular tissues.

If you break down your meals to smaller portions throughout the day and go from larger to smaller meals. When you break down your meals from 3 to more- it will make keep you from staying hungry and eating snacks all day, the meals just need to be small and thats the key to it but dont starve yourself

Try going on a tang hoon / bee hoon soup diet for every meals. You will naturally lose all the fats in time to come. Of course, you got to continue exercising. Cut down sugar, fats.
