Okay well i'm 90.6lbs and sometimes i feel fat lol and i want to lose weight but then i think i need to gain. I'm like 5ft 2" tall i think

I think you should do what is healthy. That may mean staying where you are or it might mean gaining weight. I can assure you though you are not fat. No one at 5'2" and 90 lbs is fat. If you are having trouble with that idea, you need to seek help from a doctor as soon as possible. You must already know there is a problem since you are asking about it. Exercise and EATING is what will make you better. Eating in healthy amounts is key.

your a little under weight for your height but i get the impression your also young, probably under 15 or 16. if that's the case, don't worry bout it, you'll grow into it, if you don't become obsessed with it now. ABOVE ALL YOU ARE NOT FAT AND DON'T FEEL THAT YOU ARE. if you don't like the way your flesh giggles on your arms and legs and it makes you "feel" fat then begin a light resistance training program. use lighter weights and higher reps to firm up and shape your body. a little aerobics to increase your metabolism and tune your cardiovascular system wouldn't hurt either. but if you are only in you mid teens go easy and don't take it too seriously. just do it. it'll change your body image to a more positive one. you'll see.

Your Ideal weight is 120 - 141 pounds. You need to gain a lot of weight.

You need to GAIN weight girl, that is considered the anorexic stage of weight. There are 3 stages

Anorexic-what stage you are in.
Normal/healthy- For you it would be 120.
Overweight-For you it would be around 135-140

You need to eat plenty of junk food and plenty of carbs.

If you feel fat get some more exercise and tone your muscle. You might gain muscle weight, but you'll feel better.

well, you sound like my friend but there is one thing, don't do anything. Just eat you normal but if you feel you are eating too much diett but if you feel too skinny when you had you diet, then gain. Thats the way it goes.
Diet-Gain-Diet-Gain and you will be fine

i dont know how old u r but im 12, i weigh 101 pounds, and im 5'4.......u definatly need to gain weight
