hi there, after forty is a bit of a tough one because of the fact that your hormones are playing havoc with your body now. what i can strongly suggest tho is getting your eating habits checked out by a professional or if that isn't an option then stick to low glycaemic foods (easy to find a list on the net), which are foods that release energy slowly into your body so you feel fuller for longer. eating habits are 80% of the problem when it comes to excess body fat so a good eating plan with 6 small meals a day and light meals at night (only protein and veg) plus moderate exercise, about 20 minutes, every day should do the trick. remember to be patient it took a few years to build the fat up so it won't shift overnight. aim for a kg every week. good luck and listen to your body!

im 36 and have lost 2 stone by stopping hot drinks and drinking loads of water..i dont drink anything else.
it helps with the hunger and it works also stop sweets, crips and choc well in moderation anyway ....
it does work as my sister is now on it and she is 40
