hrm.....depends on the place you live and places that are there. when my boyfriend and i were first dating, we went to museums, the aquarium, and a botanical garden. all very affordable ($5-7) if neither of you are experienced at pool and/or bowling, it might be fun to just go have fun, no pressure of who's better =) also, a coffee shop is nicer than a restaurant when you're getting to know someone, i think. if you are still looking for something, check your newspaper for events that might be happening and see if one of those might be cool. you could have a picnic with either sandwiches you bring or fast food picked up on the way. walk around the mall or downtown. i know, it's overdone and cliche, but it's a chance to get to talk and you could each buy one cheap thing for the other person. pick out a cheap fun toy or something. volunteering for something is also fun, free, and also helpful. hope you have fun!

if your really interested in the person your dating... it wouldn't matter what you 2 are doing as long as your 2gether... so do whatever... me personally i don't like planning much on first dates reason one because then u get to find out what the other person is into u get them to suggest something and also it's more fun doing something random and if u guys are bored and couldn't think of anything... y even bother? If it's boring now eventually u will run of things... so if you can't enjoy each other and come up with something ur self... then.. ? End the date lol
