If you go to https://www.annualcreditreport.com , you will receive copies of your credit reports from all three agencies, for free and without having to sign up for anything.

They're not "certified," but are genuine. You can have it mailed to you.

Apply for a bank account. That way you can get it free. But a bank will offer the same thing for a fee, as well.
Of course, anybody who is looking at your credit report is going to do their own anyway.

Go to Experian, Equifax or Trans Union. You're entitled to one free cr. report a year. I used to work for a Cr reporting company
