It works with ArabSAT, contact any dish dealer and he would fix it for you, some one has brought this DISH TV receiver for my brother and he is using it in Dubai.

DishTv is on NSS6 using the Indian Subcontinent spot beam which does NOT cover Saudi, sorry. Here's the footprint map:
