Google cat enclosure and there are pages of companies selling kits & plans but if you are handy at DIY you can make up frames yourself.
Source the weld mesh first as this determines the size you make the panels.
Cut two pieces of timber ( 2x1 or better 2x2 ) as upright rails to the height of the pen. Fit in cross rails the width of the mesh less timber thickness. - three; top, bottom & middle.
Screw the frame together & staple on the mesh. Make as many of these as your pen needs less one & don't forget the roof! For a six foot cube (using 3' wide mesh) nine panels plus a door panel. Each extra 3' length takes three panels.
The door is made the same as the frame & it helps to brace the corners. You will need to build an inner frame so miss out the center crossbar & have an upright inside the top bottom rails to give door width.
You need a secure bolt for outside and a latch for the inside.

as in like... a cage? You want to like... make a cage? I'd jsut buy one.
If you mean like a room for the cat, I don't think they make cat-specific room-like enclosures. A lot of people keep their pets in their laundry room, I guess that could be a "cat enclosure".

just take a bunch of boxes and stuff like that and staple carpeting all over it.
