Eat healthier and drink lots of water. Everything in moderation. Rather than doing three big meals throughtout the day (and leaving time in between to be hungry and snack) try eating 5 or 6 small meals.

If you are not willing to exercise, then the only solution is to somewhat starve yourself (ie, eat less calories than you consume).
Do not overdo it or your body won't lose fat but just muscle. Do your homework and find out what your daily caloric intake should be, then eat 15-20% less. Eat at least 5 meals a day and drink plenty of water. Do not forget eating low glyecaemic index foods and 3 servings of low fat dairy (the both helps you losing fat).
Good luck on not exercising... it will make losing weight more difficult, because with exercise you put on lean muscle which consumes more (and therefore helps you lean yourself).

cut out junk food and sugar. continue to eat 3 meals a day of healthy, filling , nutritious foods. you will lose weight without starving yourself or without changing your physical activity level.these things have to go: donuts, cookies, cake, soda pop, french fries, potato chips, chocolate bars, candy, pastries.cutting down on heavy, refined carbs will help too (white pasta, white bread, white rice, potatos)

Well without exercise it's gonna be difficult to see any real long term gains but a good short term way would be to cut your calorie intake by 50%.
Another possibility is to go raw. Raw foodist intake very little fat at all and I'll bet you my bottom dollar you can't find a fat one.
