No, Jesus the Son is a distinct person from Jehovah the Father. While Jesus is himself a "mighty god", only Jehovah is "Almighty God".

Jehovah's Witnesses fully understand and agree that Jesus Christ the Son (who is much more than a mere angel) has been appointed by Jehovah God the Father as King of God's Kingdom. Jehovah God is the source of Christ's authority, so that Jesus is now "better than the angels".

(Hebrews 1:3-4) [Jesus] sat down on the right hand of the Majesty in lofty places. 4 So he HAS BECOME better than the angels [caps added]

(Matthew 28:18) And Jesus approached and spoke to them, saying: "All authority has been given me in heaven and on the earth.

(Acts 2:36) God made him both Lord and Christ, this Jesus whom you impaled.

(John 3:35) The Father loves the Son and has given all things into his hand.

(Acts 5:31) God exalted this one as Chief Agent and Savior to his right hand

(Psalm 2:2-6) The kings of earth take their stand And high officials themselves have massed together as one Against Jehovah and against his anointed one... Jehovah himself will hold them in derision..., Saying: "I, even I, have installed my king [Jesus]

The bible teaches that the archangel Michael is the heavenly pre- and post-human Jesus. The term "archangel" is always in the singular, and actually means "Chief of the Angels".

Note that Jesus the Lord calls with an archangel's voice:
. (1 Thessalonians 4:14-16) Jesus died and rose again, so, too... the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a commanding call, with an archangel's voice

Note who leads angelic armies (Jesus is "Logos", "The Word"):
. (Revelation 19:13-14) the name he is called is The Word of God. Also, the armies that were in heaven were following him

. (Revelation 12:7) And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels battled

Who returns and stands up during a time of distress such as has never happened before?

. (Daniel 12:1) "And during that time Michael will stand up, the great prince who is standing in behalf of the sons of your people. And there will certainly occur a time of distress such as has not been made to occur since there came to be a nation until that time. And during that time your people will escape, every one who is found written down in the book.

. (Matthew 24:3-21) the disciples approached him [Jesus] privately, saying: "Tell us, When will these things be, and what will be the sign of your presence and of the conclusion of the system of things?" And in answer Jesus said to them: "...All these things are a beginning of pangs of distress. ...But he that has endured to the end is the one that will be saved. ...for then there will be great tribulation such as has not occurred since the world's beginning until now, no, nor will occur again.

Once you study it, the bible really teaches that Jesus is Michael. Although anti-Witnesses sometimes pretend that Gabriel (and sometimes "Lucifer") are also archangels, the fact remains that the bible itself speaks of only one single solitary archangel. Who would be above Jesus among heavenly creatures?

Interestingly, the Scriptures refer to *ALL* angelic spirit creatures as "morning stars". Jesus is not excluded from that terminology, but he is elevated by the unique description "the BRIGHT morning star".

(Job 38:4,7) When [Jehovah] founded the earth... When the morning stars [or "angels"] joyfully cried out together, And all the sons of God began shouting in applause

(Revelation 22:16) I, Jesus... I am the root and the offspring of David, and the BRIGHT morning star. [caps added]

Jesus is the son of God but Jehovah is not a proper title for God. That is a corrupted spelling/pronunciation of the Hebrew word JHWH.
When Jesus was at His last moment on the cross did He cry out to Jehovah? NO!

The name He used was ELI.
And that is the only name I find record of Jesus using in reference to His father other than "FATHER."

Jesus is God come to earth in human form. He split from the Trinity of the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit, to become like us. He came into the world, with humility and a pure spirit, without sin in His life. So that when He died on the Cross, He died for every soul that believes on His life, death, and Resurrection. Jesus was the Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world. His blood covers all of our sins. Then He went back to Heaven, He is now sitting on the Right hand of God, or Jehovah.

As I understand it Jesus of the NT is Jehovah of the OT. The Bible says. John 1:18 No one has seen God at any time; the only begotten God who is in the bosom of the Father, He has manisfested Him" I would take that to mean any revelation of God to man is done by Jesus Christ, God the Father no one ever sees, and Jehovah was the manisfestation of God in the Old Testament.

This is a rather vague question, so answering it to your satisfaction is not really possible.
Jesus is God, but Jesus is a part of God just like Jehovah is.

Jehovah is the name of God. Jesus is the son of God.

By being 1 of the 3 parts that make up the trinity then I say yes. However it is actually the name for God and there are several names that go along with it.

Jesus answered that question at John 17:3

"This means everlasting life, their taking in knowledge of you, the only true God, and of the one whom you sent forth, Jesus Christ."

John answered that question at Rev 1:6

" and he made us to be a kingdom, priests to his God and Father—yes, to him be the glory and the might forever. Amen. "

Paul answered that question at 1 Cor. 11:3

"But I want YOU to know that the head of every man is the Christ; in turn the head of a woman is the man; in turn the head of the Christ is God."

and Rom 15:5,6

"Now may the God who supplies endurance and comfort grant YOU to have among yourselves the same mental attitude that Christ Jesus had, 6 that with one accord YOU may with one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. "

No Jesus is not Jehovah, but his only begotten Son.

That answer is fully dependent of your beliefs and interpretation of the Bible. Many Bibles, not just JW ones says that Christ was "a god" and not God Almighty. They all say he was a mighty god, which means he gets his power and life from an Almighty God. Satan is also referred to as a mighty god.

Something I thought about recent may be applicable, or may not, but I will throw it out.

Those who follow the teaching of Satan also refers to Jesus in the form of the Trinity. Of course, they use it in a less than generous manner, but consider what Satan really wants. Does he want to drive you more toward God by saying or doing things in opposition to God, or does he want to trick you into thinking something is significant by opposing it? Is it more important to Satan to make you angry through his actions, or to make you think you are safe in your beliefs, when in reality, you're not?
