First, it's no big deal. Don't sweat it. Get that tension stuff out of your head. Our society has made this such a nutty, monolithic, gut-wrenching, heaven-and-hell kind of thing, and it's just not. People have been doing this since, well, since there were people. Before, even. If you do it right, it feels good. If you don't do it right, it still feels pretty good. It feels pretty great, as a matter of fact.

There's an old book to get and read: "Everything You Wanted to Know About Sex But Were Afraid to Ask". And not the movie, which is a Woody Allen comedy and NOT the book. The book teaches the basic anatomy. There's more to it than A fits into B.

Second, use PROTECTION. You know why.

Otherwise, it all depends.

If the other person is experienced, play follow the leader. It makes things a lot easier and takes off all pressure. In bed, confess you're a virgin. Ask your partner to SHOW YOU what they like, what to do to make them feel good. Then do what they like. Have him/her literally take your hand and move your hand the way he/she likes it. You'll knock your partner out by being so focused on his/her pleasure.

If your partner is also inexperienced, expect it to be like anything new. A male will probably be premature the first time. The good news is there's plenty to do while recharging. But as with above, ask your partner what he/she likes in masturbation. Have them show you what they like, and do it. Literally have your partner hold your hands and show you what he/she likes. Do the same with them for what you like. Teach each other. When it comes time for full sexual contact, you'll know. It will likely be tight the first time. Be gentle. Don't ram it in. Have some lubricant with you. Putting that on can be a real turn on, let me tell you. And be patient. You're there to have fun. You're there to have pleasure. And you'll both probably make mistakes. Laugh at your own mistakes (Not theirs!!! At your own!!!). Don't apologize, laugh. It will put your partner at ease. Before long you'll be laughing at mutual mistakes and learning by trial-and-error.

Soon you'll make rabbits look like amateurs.

Enjoy! Honor the spirit of love in your partner.

Uh, are you male or female?

My advice would be to wait until you are married, your spouse will appreciate the fact that in this day and age you took a stand and waited and was able to give your whole self to the person you love.

If you're a guy, you'll finish quickly, if you're a girl, there will be some small amount of pain (pinch your hand between your thumb and your first finger, about that much pain). Then you'll think, "was that it?" and then you'll regret it.

I'm the wrong gender ,but i married a virgin he was 18 i was 23
let me try to explain he smoked a pack a cig while i took a 15 minute shower ,he shook before ,during ,and after .it hurts a bit but nothing you cant stand ,you going to feel in cloud nine .
but you going to need to relax and lets things flow naturally .
If you are with the right person ,its going to be an experience of a life time .
I'm still married to my virgin,after 18 yrs .
Good luck ,and much happiness to you both.

For me,
It was very painful. So painful that I decided to stop and try again weeks later.

But really depends on the pace, his size, and even your inner body fit or size.......

Nervousness about being naked with your lover for the first time. As long as he goes slow you will be all right. Of course as soon as you give it up, he is going to dump you. So be prepared for thoughts of suicide. Enjoy!!!

well ur first time should be special. and if u are scared, thats normal. and yes it does get better. the first time might be a lil painful for you and her. if she's a virgin she should be tight as a fist. but once it opens you should be in business
