I'm always busy at work and when I'm not I don't really like to go out and party anymore. I'm unconfident as I have only been in love once and had 1 long term relationship with very limited sexual activity. I am lonely and want to find my soul mate but am so shy in approaching or making a move on a girl, not that I ever meet any new ones to make a move on anyway... any advice? I'm a 23 year old male. My ex is totally in love with me still but I am no longer attracted to her. EEEKKKKKKKKKKK.

Try some of those dating website like eharmony.com

You need to prioritize your life. What is more important to you, working 60+ hours a week or finding and maintaining a healthy relationship? I can tell you this, any woman you meet is going to want more of your time than you are currently able to give her.

Much luck bro!

I'm kind of in the same situation, same age & everything, just bought a house so everything is going good but what I need to improve and you probably to is to get off your *** and GO OUT.

I know most of the times Im tired as hell when I get off work, but you cant meet new people if you dont go out yourself.

I should follow my once advice ha

You can find someone who works a lot as well, and who works similar hours. That way you will not be with someone who is constantly waiting for you to get off of work.
You can always cut your hours back to 50.
You are young and have plenty of time to kill yourself at work.
Enjoy life a little while you are still 23.

First take this time to figure out what you really want out of a relationship. I have a list of about 1,000 questions to ask "her" as we start to get to know each other. But overloading someone with questions is hardly a way to entice someone.

Start with your non-negotiables in a relationship. For example mine are: she must be a Christian, drug/smoke free, want a large family, love to workout and eat healthy.

Focus on your life first. If you have your act together they'll notice.

And nevermind what most girls want. Just figure out what the one wants that you want to spend time with. Focus = success.

why so many hours at work? id say go to school so you can get a better paying job with less hours per week. you might find a girl there with your interests. however, im not sure if thats possible for you at this time, your obviously working for something.

There's a saying...'If you go looking for love, you'll never find it. Love will find you when you least expect it."

Try looking at it as meeting new friends, instead of meeting 'the one'.

If you do not go places and do things you will not have the chance to meet anyone!
