im a chinese...and i heard the news in my country said that students in England learn to speak chinese ....is that true?

Yes , this is true. Only at a very few selected schools though. They have changed from teaching french to teaching chinese because of what they predict for they future benefits for the students.

i'm sure it's true, some people learn chinese, and they can learn it pretty quick, less then 2 years I guess
