If they are really blue then could be your circulation and you should see your Doctor. But if your pale it is fairly normal to have blotchy legs. Nobodies legs are perfect. Try using a fake tan to make then look better or Stocking make-up.

Hi my legs go like this when it is cold like when i get out of the bath or like you say when your not wearing pants and mosturise. It could just be the shade of the light you are standing in. My legs look blue and all veiny, this is coz im pale and you can naturally see veins anyways. No one notices as when my legs get warmed up they get the colour back. If your worried go see a doctor.

It's what is known as poor circulation-keep warm in winter and wear tights where bluey skin doesn't show.
I have this problem and in warm weather my skin looks normal..
Try using a light fake tan-this will disguise the colour..and will look healthy.
Keep fit plenty of walking and aerobic exercise.
Gingo biloba is good for circulation.

This is not good. Try to see a doctor soon. And keep your legs elevated. It sounds like a circulation problem.

You need to go to the GP. It is a circulation problem. When you are in the shower also brush your legs or rub them with an exfoliator

well, if your legs are really pale (like you're not tanned or anything), then this is probably normal. my legs do the same thing because i have very fair skin. they also look like that after i've gone running or if i'm wearing shorts and the weather is cold. but my legs have always done this. if yours haven't (or if you're tan..), then i suggest you go to your doctor.

I'm no doctor but sounds like you should go and see one. Bad blood circulation is my very unprofessional diagnostic.
