i have a dvd player that only plays english dvd's and my new girlfriend bought me dvd's from america which i can't play cos it says wrong region. there is no function on the player to change the region
is there a way that i can change the regions without buying a new player its a goodmans if that helps

I'm not 100% sure but I think you have to buy a new dvd player that is region 1... Do you have a computer? Some computers also play dvds so maybe you could try that

Try a web-site called www.dvdanswers. It has codes for all makes of DVD player that can turn them into multi-region players.

i think you'll have to go and buy another dvd player. You'llneed a multi regional dvd playerto play american ones(region 1).There may be aplug in adapter i don'tknow maybe try Maplin electronics?

I think you would need to get a new dvd player

You might be able to play them on a pc or laptop though
