I have an acne treatment that has won me the best answer better then fifteen times. Often, the person who voted it the best answer was amazed at how well it worked, even those who had severe cases of acne. I'll copy and paste it below.
Use a hot compress on it, and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone within five to six hours.
Here are some of the previous comments I got from those who voted it as the best answer,

Aloe vera gel does not remove pimples. It is always recommended that you wash your face at least twice a day with a mild face wash. The best preventative product to use is benzoyl peroxide. 2.5% benzoyl peroxide may be the most effective concentration, however, it is sometimes hard to find a product containing this minimal amount. It is more common to find the maximum strength 10% dose. This dose should work just fine if you cannot find the 2.5%. Apply twice daily about ten minutes after washing your face. This will allow the face to dry and your pores to close, causing less irritation to the face.

Go to the doctors. Dont freak out though, its not because i think you have a disease! The doctor should be able to prescribe a medication to calm down or rid the pimples. If he cannot fix it he will send you to a dermo. Do not go out and try the latest product from clean and clear or anything like that. The doctor will know what is best for you. In the meantime refrain from scratching, picking and most importantly, popping! You can try mixing advil with a tablespoon of water and blot it on the pimples, this will help bring the size and redness!

Clean your cell phone with rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball and change your pillow case often. This is what usually causes cheek pimples for me. Also, keep your hair away from your face when you sleep, using a soft scrunchie.
Keep your hands off your face, as this is probably moving bacteria around to cause new breakouts. And aloe doesn't get rid of pimples. Use a cleanser with salicylic acid (Aveeno Clear Complexion bar for only $3) and apply Clean and Clear persagel at night.

hmm...do you have oily skin? i have combination (both oily/dry) and when i was about 13, my face started getting pretty bad.
i recommend pro-activ. to be honest, it didn't work for me, but i know a lot of people that it did work for, so it's probably your best bet.
however, i will tell you what i do (just in case you may be like me...haha). first i cleanse my face with the "olay daily facials cleansing cloths (for normal skin)" and warm water. then i pat it dry with a CLEAN towel. i use a separate towel for this instead of the one used by everyone else in the bathroom. since your pores are really open after washing your face, you're more likely to get bacteria in them from using a dirty towel to dry your face off.
then, i use a pimple cream for spot treatment. i not only put it where i currently have a pimple or two, but also in the places where i know i always get them. i use the mary kay one, but i'm sure they are all most likely the same. then let that dry...
then i use an age-defying moisturizer. i'm not old (only 21), but for some reason, the alpha-hydroxy in the age-defying moisturizers works really well against fighting my pimples. i think because it keeps my face properly moisturized and balanced. again, i use the mary kay moisturizer, but olay probably has some good ones.
that's all i do, and i do it every morning before putting my makeup on and everynight after taking my makeup off. if you wear makeup, BE SURE to take your makeup off every night. i learned that lesson the hard way. also, try to keep your hands off of your face and try not to pick at your pimples.
anyways, i hope some of this helps! good luck!

My friend had a major acne breakout last year and her whole face was covered in pimples. She said that going to the doctors doesn't help at all (you can still try if you can afford it) and recently, she said she tried on a health product called "cell food" and trust me, her pimples were gone in a jiffy. i think you should try if you can afford it.
heh! and aloe vera gel! i've used it for a couple of times too and find it really useful for pimples. who said it doesnt work? i've stopped using cos a tiny bottle costs around 10 bucks here. a cheap and efficient way is to grow aloe vera plants and to cut the leaves open and apply the aloe vera directly to your face. it really works trust me. they are responsible for bringing about repairing your skin.
other than that i think you should try applying moisturiser daily after bathing or at night. a thin layer of inexpensive lotion or cream will do. usually, misconception is that a moisturiser will cause your face to be oily but it is in the fact the opposite! moisturiser is just like water for your skin and the reason why your face might be oily is because there is not enough moisture.
Also, wash your face with a cleanser and exfoliator (the daily type) using circular motions everytime. And never never never to ever wipe it with toilet paper (you wont want to know how much bacteria are on it), always dap it lightly with a cloth. or best (like me), let it dry itself.
oh and remember the very basics! replenish our inner moisture with at least 8 cups of water a day! Me myself, am guilty to be much unmotivated to do that ("kidding, you want me to gulp 8 cups of that tasteless thing a day?"), but after i did. i really see the results as i have much lesser pimples now.
vitamin e works too. and i dont believe in medicines. rmb the moisture! ^.^
goodluck!

Well pimples are caused by your genes and food. I had it real bad in high school. My dad took me to a dermatologist and was that a miracle. He gave me some Rx stuff. That cleared my face nearly totally. Also, he said to lay off the tuna fish too. If you got the money, go to a dermatologist. If not go to a drugstore and ask the pharmacist, not your friends, for his recommendation for OTC medicine. Tip - If you EVER get a pimple on your nose, pop it as soon as possible. That way it will never form on your nose. Some signs are your nose is sore and you may feel a little bump. Once, the first time I did not pop that sucker in time and a pimple half way formed on my nose. After that I popped them ahead of time, and never had a pimple on my nose.

I'm not kidding, but the Pro-Active stuff is the only thing that worked for me. I tried Accutane, but all my skin peeled (really attractive!) and the moment I got off of it, I broke out again. Drinking lots of H2) and Pro-Active Cleansing system! You should get really great results in a short time.

the only thing that ever worked on my skin was prescription stuff from a dermatologist, until I got on birth control. Birth control does wonders. A lot of the acne is caused by hormone stuff that birth control moderates.
