I am 15. I am starting the lemon detox diet tomorrow. I have already made my bottle of...yum. I don't have lemons, so I used oranges (only for tomorrow)! Will that make a difference? Also, have any of you tried it? How much have you lost. The only reason people gain weight back is because they think they can eat what they want right after, when it takes time to slowly get to solids. Any other advice?

Oh by the way, I exercise atleast 5 days a week and don't eat any junk food and eat a vegetarian diet. I have been doing so for around 2 months now, and I haven't lost a lb. I am eating portionable sized meals, and not over or under eating!
