Aside from just going to Las Vegas, Nevada to get married, (which is reasonably priced, quite simple, and very quick and "painless"), the county courthouse is the cheapest and the fastest way to get married, also, if that's the question you were asking.

Justice of the Peace....then after that have a barbeque! It doesnt matter what you do or how exspensive it is, people will be there with you to celebrate your love, not your party.
