hi there, please don't fall for these quick fad shortcuts, what you really need to do is look at what you are eating. the fact that you are staying hungry suggests that what you are eating is not nutritious enough - and your body is therefore demanding more! if this is the case and your diet is lacking a touch, aim to eat 6 small meals a day, which basically means you'll be eating all day and keeping your blood sugar stable, you'll also have more energy! the foods you take in should be low glycaemic foods, easy to find lists of which are which, these ensure that the nutrients are slowly released into your body and it keeps you fuller for longer. if your eating habits seem to be normal then try taking a look into a possiblity that you may be depressed/bored in some way - this could also be a trigger for continual hunger! take it one step at a time, shortcuts will come back to haunt you! good luck and listen to your body.

Anything that has a lot of volume or is really juicy will help you feel full longer. For example, a whole bag of low-fat popcorn has around 250 calories, but it will help you feel full for hours. It's not very nutritious, though. Berries, on the other hand, are low-cal and full of water and vitamins.
Also, having a little bit of protein really helps stave off hunger. Try lean meat, lentils, or lower fat nuts like almonds.

Lasagna is the best. Especially Stouffer's lasagna. You don't have to worry that it might be mostly fat, because you can tell from looking at it that it's loaded with high-energy carbohydrates that will make you jump for joy all day.
