The guy i like said to me that he isn't ready for a relationship right now but wants to be friends, he then said maybe sometime in the future he would like to go out with me? Is he just scared or not ready! what are the chances that he will come back? This guy is over at my house almost every night and phones almost every day same time! Plese help me! He also seems to talk about his ex girlfriend alot but will say things about her and tell me how he hates certain songs now because they remind him of her and how they were gonna married. Does he still love her and just cant move on? he also talks to her still on messenger. He is finally trying to get closer to me now though with touching and stuff but i dont know if i should wait it out or move on. he has actually introduced me to his cousins and mother. i believe he is still a virgin though. and his ex was a long distant relationship with a girl he met on the messenger and hasnt actually physically met her.

I dont want to sound cold, but I think there is a lot of immaturity at play here, I think that this guy needs time to learn about who he is and what he needs and you do as well... Believe me I have been there, but you will find that if you have to work this hard then it is not ment to be... Have confindence in who you are and what you deserve, you can be friends but dont get stuck on this guy, he is just not that into you at this point in his life becuase he doesnt even know who he is or what real love is...without those skills any relationship is pretty lacking...hope this helps! Good luck finding something more effortless and worth your heart!

Long story short:

Ok sweatheart here is the deal,
all of this is based on "Uncertain" factors on his part.

This guy is searching, this guy is unsure, this guy is love struck,
yet still pure, this guy wants a relationship but is afraid to try, this is the kind of guy at night he cries, uncertain factors dealing with another, sure he'll introduce you to his cousins and his mother, He wants what every young man want in his life, and that is a person whom he can trust without the fight.
his emotions are in a frenzy and don't know what to do, he's trying to place it all together "Her or You."
Don't give up on him, don't lose touch, you may find as soon as you turn around he will want you as much.
Help him to close the door, between him and the other girl,
just don't push too hard, or you'll lose him out of your world.
Virgin you say? a beautiful thing virginity tried and true, give it to him just one time, He'll be stuck to you like glue.

It could be a number of diffrent things. It sounds like he may not be over the previous girlfriend though. I would take it slow and not push him and see what happens.

Having a relationship where you are together all the time is much diffrent from a long distance relationship and it could be that he either doesn't know what to do or is scared (or both).

sounds like right now he just needs a friend so be that and that only. when he is over his ex then maybe things will move forward but he is still trying to get over his ex. just take it slow. if its meant to be then it will be, but as friends you have the right to date others, so remind him of that,

He still hasn`t gotten over the ex-girlfriend, and yes it sounds as if he still loves her. That is why he is telling you he isn`t ready for a relationship.

i think you need to give him some time to evaluate his feelings towards you. maybe he's just not used to haveing a...'real'(i hope that explains it) girlfriend. maybe, he's afraid he will do soemthing wrong in the relationship and mess it up. i really think you should just talk to him about it though, maybe it'll clear things up for the both of you.
good luck!!

i think he just need time to move on, if you're interested in him, be her Friend and be supportive. if things don't go well you can still be friends...
