I bought a holiday package from one of budget airline for 4 persons. I clicked the wrong date (it was 1 month before my intention date). Though it's my mistake, i hope the airline has a policy to refund my money, though it maybe only 24-50%, because we didn't use at all. But the airline has refused to help or refund my money. Anyone can help?

You can take them to small claims court. They can help settle for you. Perhaps you can get your credit card company not to pay. Consumers rights are almost non existent here unless you are a tourist.

BTW, you may have been scammed. I bought a ticket which is also different from the date chosen. Next time I am going to do screen capture at each stage of the booking mistake to make sure I am not at fault.
