it has been over a month since we broke up why cant i let her go asfter all of the pain she put me thrugh?

Because you had feelings for her. How long have you been together before you ended the relationship? the longer you have been together, the more difficult it is to let her go. Have you talked to her about how you feel. if she does not want you back, accept that it is over. You cannot force somebody to love you. Also loving someone who does not reciprocate brings nothing but frustration and more pain. You may waste a lot of time waiting for someone while you may pass on a good opportunity to love again. Give yourself time to heal. No matter how long it takes. Avoid her and anything that reminds you of her. This will make it a little easier. Surround yourself with family and friends. Get busy. Dedicate yourself to a new project. Do not worry, you will find love again. Good luck.

if you don't have closure its hard to get over someone. but it also takes time for the heart to heal. just start doing different things with your friends and going out alot with them. soon the pain will pass but the love may stay. i had a very hard time getting over my ex but i am now and i dated alot when we broke up but i always told the guys i was going out with i was not ready for a relationship just a good time. and yes i do still love my ex i always will but that's a dead issue i had to move on and i did. so get closure and move on to something else. if you date tell them you are not wanting a relationship right now. just a friend to do things with and have a good time,

Its early mate. Giv it time. You must have really loved this girl. Unfortunately love does not ask as if we are in pain or not.

it isn't closure - what you have is a broken heart- sit down, watch movies that you know will make you cry while eating your favorite ice cream- then picture how miserable her life will be without you and rejoice because she caused you pain and know that eventually you will be alright!

ahh...~ i think dat guys feel like dat after a break up...like wen u break up with some one .. u want them bac again..i dnt kno y but lots of my guy friends told me dat...i think u should just focus on other things nd try nd meet new girls cos dat mite b da best way to get over her...
