and the girl said, " YOU ARE SO CUTE!!"
Now I know that media isnt real.....but, wud a girl agree to talk with me if I was cute and I said that?

Dude, you need to stop watching romantic comedies if you'd even consider doing that. All kinds of stuff happens in movies, and almost none of it can be applied to real-life romance. For example, if you keep pursuing a woman who is not interested in you, you won't win her over as is the usual fare in the movies -- you'll disgust her. As far as real life goes, there is very little chance of winning women over by being persistant. Either they like you or they don't. Good night!

If a guy said that to me, I would think he's weird. That kind of line just does not work on me. But there could be girls in this world who would respond to that line.

Depends on the context... If she was open to flirting, then it would be a good thing to say. If she wasn't - she'd think you were a perv, and prolly never speak to you again.
