My sister in law has lost 95 pounds but she worked really hard at it excersing 2 hours a day at first and cutting back what she was eating. She hasn't put any back on and its been almost 2 years but she still exercises an hour a day.

Sure. It's not inspiring or anything =b I used to be really fat when I was little thoughout elementry school. I'm in highschool and I'm not fat anymore cause I worked out and ate healthier... and I grew a few inches which helped!
