by working out even if your genes are crappy?
I've just heard that no matter what some people do their genes can affect their body shape and all.
If my genes do suck does that mean I won't be able to have nice abs, or is that irrelavent?

Anyone can get muscle tone, but some people have to work a lot harder. The key is to keep increasing the workout, and you have to be very regular at least 4 days per week. The hardest thing is to cut down on sedentary activity, and cut back on food portions. It can definitely be done, even if it seems impossible for some people. If Anna Nicole can get skinny anyone can. She has a very full-figure body type.

bull hockey! don't worry about that! unless you plan on being a world class athlete and compete on an international level forget it!!! it doesn't make any difference to the average Joe, or Jane in your case. Just eat a sensible diet low in fats and calorie dense foods, get regular aerobic exercise to boost your metabolism and tune your cardiovascular system and do weight training. the abs and obliques are large enough that you can work them everyday, but don't overdo it.strengthen the lower back too. workout the upper and lower body on different days, using different routines to concentrate on different muscle groups. don't work the same muscle group more than two or three times a week but do weight training at least five days a week. everybody has a six pack under there somewhere. stick to and the next thing you know you'll be a beautiful, famous, rich model.
