Hi Friends i am 21 Years Old Guy But iam very Thin ...i eat well but iam not Getting fat...i feel very bad about My body Status....
i might weigh only 57kg ...i want to get Fat ...what could i do ...? Do i need to Go to GYM? or for Swimming?
i want to have a Nice tone Body ...i have never thought about this before but after i started loving a Girl i feel to be smart and have a Nice body pls ...tell me a solution for me...waiting ...pls dont Kid..Thank You ok . I need a Best Answer.....!

You are fortunate to have a slim build because that probably means your metabolism is working great. Don't try to get fat, try to get toned. Go to the gym and do all the things they offer and you will also feel better about yourself.

Hi S K, I understand how you feel as I was in the exact same situvation a few years ago. I have gained weight now but I hope you dont make the same mistake as I did. I just wanted to put on some weight and I did but in all possible wrong ways. I overate, drank lots of beer, ate fried meat and other stuff all day and lo, I started gaining weight. I started looking full and smart but that dint last too long as I got used to that lifestyle and I kept gaining weight. Now I have a pot bell.Thin arms, thin legs with big mid section. I look worse that what I started out to be. After a lot of research I am no getting into weight training, I badley want to get back in shape and I will. As for you ,start weight training, use progressive overload and work the major muscles in your body ( The Chest, Back, Abs and your thigh muscles) have protien shake, get yourself a good book on building muscle and swear to change ourself. Since ou are lean you can make considerable difference to our body in as little as three months if your are determined and follow the right steps.

Your genetic make up probably predisposes you to being thin, it sounds like you just have a very high metabolism. If your parents or other relatives are very thin, you'll probably never have the physique of a bodybuilder, and I don't think you really want to be FAT (that's horribly unattractive!).

Swimming, as you mention, is a good way to tone muscles, but it won't really build up muscle bulk, which is what you are saying you want. To do that, you should do exercises which involve weight-lifting and other isometric exercises. Most gyms have someone on staff who can advise you on the specific exercises that will help you best achieve your goals. You can even just go in on a trial membership.

If it helps any, if this girl is worth loving, she won't care what you look like. I personally prefer thin, ectomorphic people--probably like yourself... but I married a guy who is completely opposite my "type" because I love him--it doesn't matter that he is a furry bear and I really prefer hairless guys (he'd look stupid shaved, so I've never suggested it!) or that he has a bit of a belly and no muscle tone. He's not an Adonis, but I love him anyway and wouldn't dream of asking him to change his physical appearance for me.

LOL. i'm very attracted youthful asian guy. My husband is 10 years youthful than me. he's likewise asian. If I extremely have not met him i might probable date youthful asian men such as you.
