OK...this guy i met has been calling me but i havent had the chance to pick up my phone whenever he does..we exchanged numbers.i only have his friends number cuz his phone is not workin..after 3 times of calling me, he stopped..i can only contact his friend...and mind you, i did call back...help! im rlly attracted to this guy

Maybe the friend did not give him the message. He probably thinks you are not interested.
I have to be honest with you...I'm real suspicious of him.
He tells you his phone is not working??

This is probably because he feels ignored and wants you to notice him .You just go straight up to him, look him in the eye and say your sorry and that this will never ever happen again.Oh and make sure you always have time for him and try
asking him out once in a week or so,so that you could spend more time together.

From his perspective, he probobly thinks your avoiding him because he came on too strongly or your toying with him. If you can reach him , even through his friend simply explain what happened but dont be too apologetic or you may seem too clingy & come on too strongly, sorry if someone already told you this
