If God exists, I don't care what he wants.

God does exist, and He created freethinking people because if He didn't then we would all believe in Him. That's why we have the choice between right and wrong. I mean we both are free-thinking aren't we? God didn't want us to be mindless robots that he made all the decision for, so he gave us free will. What good would it be for Him to know everybody loves Him because they didn't have a choice? He wants everybody to love Him and change their ways so they can be with Him, but He doesn't force us.

I dont believe in God. And if God exists, I dont (he/she/it) thinks like a person. It'd be more like a power. Not a human with petty thoughts.

But if I was God Id definitely respect freethinkers who strived to prove (or even disprove) my existence, rather than idiots, blinded by their unstabilized faith in something they have no proof of.

( I just read over other people's comments to this question, and although there are many atheists, I am dissapionted that EVERYONE referred to God as a he. Whats up with that?)

Authentically brilliant scholars have logically proven the existence of God repeatedly over the last 2000 years.

Authentic logic cannot provide proof of something that does not exist.

There is no conflict between free thinking and belief in God.

God is the originator of the concept of free will, and Jesus Christ became man so all men could be free of Satan, sin, and death.

That's sort of a contradiction of terms isn't it? If God existed why would he wont people to believe he never existed? Of course you are referring to Atheist as free thanking people. And people who accepts God as believing anything blindly. xx

He doesn't exist. At least not like the Christians think. If you were a parent, and saw your child walking towards the road and a speeding truck was comming, would you simply stand there and call to it, hoping that it would choose to listen to you rather than be killed? NO. But that's what "God" does, and Christians call that free thinking.

He does exist and he's really big on Freethinking. Thats why he didnt force us to worship him. But he did give us the Bible and the option to follow it.

You kind of dug your own hole there, because what if what you think is freethinking but it actually considered the norm and are only basing your poll from the people on this site?

The one true god wants us to listen to the story of the Dark Carnival. You see life as well as death is like a circus. If you follow the carnival and all its teachings (tolerance, self-esteem, beating the odds, being yourself, Faygo) you will be able to get on the wagons when the Wraith come for your soul.

If you don't have faith, get some. If you do, keep the faith, ninja.
