first of all thank you to everyone for their prompt and well explained inputs. I 'm really greatful for all this and to yahoo for creating a site like this. My daughter is in grief on the lost of her child and her relationship. Eventhough most of the users said i should turn in to authorties they cant do much without us having a lot of proof. There were traces of Ru-486 found in her blood stream but their is no way for us to proove that his bf did it. Also eventhough this a prescription based drug several online sites are selling it for a couple of dollars. Since i'm not that rich that ican afford the best of all lawyers I want to fidout what are the laws that are against such an act and how can i use them to help my daughter get justice. Once agains thanks a lot to everyone for theri inputs

I would be talking to a doctor first, then a lawyer. The better you can prove that he drugged her (was she tested for it in her system, any other specific things that would point to RU486 poisoning and not just a normal miscarriage, etc?), the more luck you'll have. And talk to a lawyer, there must be some charge you can press on him for this. It would vary by where you are, but I should think there is something. For your daughter, you might also consider setting her up with a good counselor to help her with her grief, especially if your own efforts seem to be insufficient.

Well if he also had sex with her while she was under this is rape. Otherwise you need to call the local authorities and see what can be done. This is a serious issue. If she was raped, you need to help her by not being judgemental (which it doesn't sound like you are) and get her into therapy.
Ok with this new information I would say the best would be to get her some counsling. Although he did not rape her he violated her in other ways and her trust. (Hope she is not with him still). She is still going to need help for her lose. Hope this helps. The other thing is, don't force her to be over her grief until she is ready.

The RU-486 wouldn't be able to be obtained by just anybody. It's a dangerous drug, that is being banned and made illegal as it's a risk to the mothers life. How would you know this was what she was drugged with, did you take her to the hospital? He'd also be put in jail for putting your daughters life in danger, AND for ending this pregnancy.

Call the police first of all and then find out about Cassies law, which gives parents the right to have an abusive boyfriend arrested without the daughter having to file a report and stuff
Good luck to you & her

You have to have proof that he did this. I think it's sick that he stooped that low and I can imagine the pain your daughter is going through, but you can't really do anything without evidence. If you think you have the evidence, go talk to a lawyer. If that's not a possibility, all you can do is console your daughter and try to think of it this way... considering what he just did to your daughter, imagine what a horrible father he would have been.

You need to add more details. This is an abortion drug. Was she pregnant?
Try evaluating the situation. I'm sure he can be sued for losing the baby. But that maybe the wrong thing to do, you know he was scared about being a father. That obviously motivated him to do it. He should still be arrested though.

That is horrible! Please extend my deepest sympathy to your daughter. Unfortunately, unless the drug is still in her system there is not much she can do. Proving that he gave her the RU without her consent is difficult. Courts also do not consider this to be murder if the fetus was under 24 weeks gestation. I hope she never gets back w/ this loser and is able to go on w/ her life.

If this was in the last 24 hours and she didn't shower take her to the emergency room and have them test for rape. If he did indeed have sex with her and being that he drugged her without her concent it is rape and she can file rape charges against him!

Have him charged with rape if she is underage. If she is of age she will need to press charges against him.

Get her to a hospital, rehab (if she becomes addicted), etc. Then ask her about her BF's characteristics, hire some agents, cops, etc. to use those characteristics to find him. If they find him, get a lawyer and SUE HIM BIG TIME!
