Sounds like the urine is deep in the pad. Get a gallon of Get Serious and really soke it into the pad, then use a steam cleaner to get it out. It can also be used on your lino.

even getting down on your hands and knees wont help believe me. . . . really what you need to do is purchase a irredecent light, liek a black light for pet urine. . . .they sell them at pet stores. You turn off the lights and shine that sucker everywhere, it will show you EXACTLY where the urine is. Thats the first step. Because you may not know exactly where the actual parts are with urine, i know this gross but it might actually be on parts of the walls. . .. Then you want to get a type of pet odor and stain remover carpet spray, the kind that foams up, odorless is better, because then you can tell if you actually got the urine smell up or just masked it. . .. . you spray on all the spots that you found, then you (if you can afford it) rent a rug doctor from a store, some stores like some grocery outlets let you rent a rug doctor for like a week. If not, just vacuum it up. .. the reason why i said the foam, was because they will get more of the odor causing bacteria that is trapped in your carpet then just regular sprays. . . .. the key thing here and the reason why just the scrubbing didnt help before is because you need to get it OFF of your carpet, so sucking it up is the best. You have to have some way of extracting the soap/foam/cleaner or whatever you use to get off of your carpet. Good luck! I know it seems like a dificult and long process but it will help you out!

i have a home remedy that worked great for me (it was for cat urine though) but it stopped the smell and they havent gone back to it! This was passed to me by a tech i work with:
you want to put vinegar, baking soda then hydrogen peroxide on the spot (in that order too!) let it react for 5-10 min, then you want to wipe any bubbles away with a paper towel. Then get an old brush or something with bristles to rake over the spot. Then get yourself a piece of clingwrap (just some clear generic brand will do) and place it over the spot. You want to leave that there until the spot dries which could take 24-72 hours with the wrap on it. After it dries, run a vaccuum over it and you are done. Sounds crazy..i know.. but it really did work and you might as well give it a try, its easy and cheap!

The Bissel SpotBot works wonders for removing carpet stains, it simply sits on the stain for around 10-30 minutes and scrubs the carpet and shampoos it. It works for dog urine, vomit, and other messes. However it runs for about 124$ and if that is out of your budget range I would recomend the Bissel "Grab n Go" cleaner for about 10$, it works awesome with the Oxy stuff that comes with it in the package.

If you tried Natures Miracle and the smell came back, it generally means the product is working, you may want to consider trying it again. Good Luck.

Wipe up excessive wetness first, sprinkle generously with baking soda, pour white vinegar on it, wait till it quits fizzing, use paper towels or disposable towel to get excess up, let dry overnight and then use any carpet cleaner, let dry and vacumn. I have used this for dog and cat urine, on carpet and vinyl floors.

I have a spray called Petzyme that we used after we ran our Bissell steam cleaner over it. Some people pour more water on it to saturate it, and suck it up with a wet dry vac I have heard...basically it makes more liquid so the vac can grab it.

Go to Walmart or Kmart etc, and go to pet dept. and buy a bottle of "OUT" it has a picture of a DOG & CAT on it holding their noses.
You can use it on your carpets, and mop your floor with it and it WILL take out the smell IMMEDIATLEY!.
It has a tropical smell to it...
I used it for over 14 yrs now....

Wal-Mart and any petstore sell a special carpet cleaner to clean dog urine etc.
or, clean it with a carpet cleaner as fast as possible. i wouldnt let it sit and dry too long tough that makes it harder to clean
