We are coworkers and I gave her a nice compliment saying I enjoy being around her. She said "that's so sweet." So as I left she went and asked one of my coworker friends if I had a cursh on her. My friend said yes. She said well I think he's cute. My friend told me she thinks i'm cute so I went and told her that I have a crush on her. She said "that's so sweet. She gave me a hug and after we hug I told her I would of told her sooner, but she you have a boyfriend. She didn't say anything about that really. So the next day she starts to flirt a lilttle. I didn't flirt back because she has a boyfriend.
What made me want to say that nice compliment to her was because she told me she's thinking about geting another job where her boyfriend works. So I told her how I felt and maybe she thinking of staying now.
What do you think?
I'm having a hard time thinking she does because she only said that's sweet when I gave her a nice compliment and told her I have a crush on her. Also she flirts with other guys not just me.

If she is beautiful, it could be that she is used to getting compliments like that, and she is used to boys telling her they have a crush on her. The best way to get a girl like this to notice you is to do this: Go to work, act like nothing happened. Don't speak first. Act nonchalant. Ignore her even. This will get a girl's attention quicker simply because she will wonder why you aren't all over her like all the other guys are. Especially now that you have told her how you feel. When she does finally speak to you, you just have to play it by ear, but don't let her know that you are pleased to death that she spoke. Act like it wouldn't have made a difference to you if she spoke or not. Here again, act nonchalant. This may take a few days. She'll try to figure out what happened. Why have you suddenly started ignoring her? Is he still interested? That sort of stuff. She'll try to test the waters, and then you will be able to tell. If her interest in you changes, believe me, you'll know it. If she ignores you back, then you have your answer. Good luck with it.

She has a boyfriend, and unless she tells you she is ending her relationship, then she is not available to be your girlfriend.
Telling a woman you have a crush on them is not a good idea.
The term "crush" sounds frivolous or something.
You should have said, "I think you are nice looking and a sweet person and I'd like to take you to lunch, but I know you have a b/f."
Honestly though, since she flirts with others in the office she might just like attention from flirting and does not mean anything by it.

Never get a serious relationship with a co-worker. A man loves a woman anywhere he thinks she is beautiful. Do not declare your love to her and that is very stupid. You said you have a crush on her anyway and not love. If you have a crush, I think you either have been out of love for a very long time or it is the first time you see a beautiful woman. Just flirt with her but not in a sexual way or you may be in prison soon.
The best way is to socialize with many women as many as possible. Some of them will be crazy for as you are popular. In the end, those women will be fighting desperately with one another to get you.

I'm sure she likes you just fine. But when she says "that's so sweet" that is what she means.
Remember she has a boyfriend. AND she flirts with other guys too.
Lots of women need the attention they get form other guys but will stay with their boyfriend.
Try to just be friends, it will hurt a lot less and it don't sound like she is taking you serious.
You sound like a sweet guy and deserve a sweet girl. You will find her and will laugh at this time in your life.

I think that she was just giving you a friendly hug. She already has a boyfriend and she still flirts with the other guys as well. Look elsewhere for a girl.

Sounds to me like this girl is a player.. She already has a boyfriend, and shes flirting with other guys. Would you really want to be her boyfriend and know that she is flirting with other guys? I would let her flirt with other guys and have her boyfriend go after them instead of you. Save yourself now from possibly ending up with a girl who might cheat on you.

oh no, shes not being direct to you. Just tell her if she plans to stay with her boyfriend and if she isn't sure then don't waste your time with her. She seems to be having too much fun flirting around. If she's got a boyfriend she should respect him right?

why do you want a girl that has a boyfriend and flirts with a bunch of other guys anyway?
If she was your girlfriend are you going to trust her?
What if some guy gives her a little compliment and she starts hugging him?
Are you gonna be okay with that?
If it's not okay for her to treat you like that why would you accept her treating her boyfriend like that.

The only way to find out is ask her out and if she say's yes, its a go, but watch out she may be the type that likes all the boys.

I don't think she does move on. Find another girl. Well actually let girls look for you. You ruin it by telling her you had a crush on her. She probably thinks your too of a nice guy. Move on.
