I am a licensed CA dentist, willing to move to Paris, France. I am fluent in french ( grew up in france) and have work visa. I need to know if i could work in a hospital without getting licensed and if i need to get licensed where to get the info and if i could teach as well. Thanks

Since you have that degree then I would think that you definitely would be able to teach any class within that field and even some lower degree fields. Ex: Teaching dental assistants, etc.
I would search the internet for dental associations. They would be easy to get information from, especially if you butter them up a little and mention that you plan on joining their organization over the other ones.
I am a chiropractor and looked up info. for Costa Rica, and never got a response from the licensing board and never attempted the route i just mentioned, but it just come to me. lol
Figured you would have better luck with associations instead of licensing boards.
