Well, I am a girl. So, i will give you some advice straight from a girl's perspective! First of all, it depends on how bad of a thing you did to lose her heart. If you truly love her and want her to give you another chance, you have to talk to her. Dont beg because us girls dont really like begging, but just tell her how sorry you are and how much you want her to still be in your life. Also, make sure she knows that she has a place in your heart, and you want a place in her heart for you.

If you did something to hurt her, you are going to have to really prove that you are sorry and you want to get back with her. If you aren't committed to doing that, then there is no point.
But, if you are, you need to apologize for whatever it is you did. You need to explain how much this girl means to you, that you will work at getting her trust/heart/whatever applies here back. And you need to go slow and give her time and space. Take it slow, and hopefully it will work out the best for you.

Staying in shape, making a lot of money and then messing with girls much hotter than her so she will be extremely jealous.
