Well i guess one of the first signs would be he is not calling you and talking to you and you or a friend sees him hanging with another woman.

Well I'm not a guy but I think that he wouldn't talk about her, he might be suspicious and distant when u are together, I guess u could ask him but if it isn't true then he is going to think that u don't trust him.

If you have doubts about them and you've usually been right before about other things, then you can probably tell that he is interested more in someone else or not.

Simple. He refuses time with you consistently for a) says her or b) says has business, something to attend to, etc. but never says what.

flirting, or arm around her, or less attention to you----doesn't return or answer your calls............all of these are signs he is on the way out.
