quit eating.lay it down like cigarettes and your stomach will shrink..try eating a lite breakfast skip lunch or if you have to eat ,eat tuna just out of the can.. and then eat a moderate evening meal and then maybe a snack about every three days and then cut out the snacks after awhile and dont have sugar.. sugar is your enemy..diet drinks artifical sweetners and no sugar just ween yourself off of it.I wasnt even trying and lost 40 pounds in about four months.. its amazing and so easy don't know why people dont do it.. Worked for me and my wife and we just stopped eating .. don't know why but the doctor told us great..its so much healthier for you .. you can do it to I promise ..

Sadly eating less calories and exercising is the number one safe and healthy way to weight loss. You can just try cutting back some calories, just don't over do it. Do you hate exercise? Is that the problem with it? Cause exercise doesn't have to mean the gym or a treadmill, you can walk, dance around your bedroom, clean the house...it all burns calories.

i was 148 kilo in weight and i lost 11 kilo in 2 months, i had advice
from a dietiste.
in the morning 1 eat one slice of good corn bread,and drink 2 cups of coffee with only one lump of sugar and a bit of skimmed milk.
at lunch i eat some good serial with skimmed milk,and some
fresh vegatable soup made from fresh vegatales,2 slices
of corn bread, with half margarines and some rostbeef or
2 hard boiled eggs.
in the evening i eat rice, with, some absolutely dry meat
(chicken breast/liver or clean beef (no pork,unles good filet)or
boiled cod,any whitefish will do. ect
around 19 00 hrs.(no later,for a good long digestion)
no snacks,no sweets, only 2 glasses of red wine during dinner.
in the evening i stay away from the fridge, no more late snacks
no icecream ,no soft drinks only water ect.
i know its pretty sober, but the results are fantastic
bring up the dicipline,to stick to the program ,wish you luck and
strength.

Drink alot of water...it sheds weight. Eat a healthy diet...stay away from junk food. Don't be a couch potato.

you can do 20mins of stair master and use the elliptical for 20mins and drink 2ro3L of water and eat pepers and stay a way from white rice and eat any green vegs and stay a way from bread and eat oatmeal for break fast or if you need to buy diet pill called cutts at gnc. i lost 35 pounds jest doing the food part and weight liftting alone,

Cut out drinks such as coke, pepsi, (sugary soda pops)
Eat more raw vegetables and fruits
Drink plenty of water
If you eat more than you should, cut back on portion size.
