The best way is by being yourself, and liking yourself. Be confident. But don't try to be someone you are not.
That way if she doesn't like your true self, you both don't waste time. If she does you will know it right away!!!
A good tip is ; DON"T TRY TO HARD!!! As you may be acting too friendly or too shy. Relax, just be yourself, eventually over time she will see who you somehow, really are.

Be yourself, as cleche as that is if she dosen't like you for you why be with her.
to catch her intrest: Talk to her, ask her questions about herself, be a gentilman (i.e. open doors for her, etc), just be a friend, someone she can count on and trust to be there when she needs someone, and let her know how you feel!

By being nice to her... and by letting her know wht ur feelings are.... and by remembering and cherishing everything she gives importance to in her life... and by respecting her.
