There's a special section for Bibles in Barnes & Noble, next to all the other religion and spirituality texts.
I don't know if they qualify as an atheist bookstore, but they're certainly not a religious one.
Most shopowners are probably smart enough not to offend their consumers by making value judgments like the one you're making. ;)

It would probably be in the "spirituality" section with everything else. Atheists can be spiritual you know.

You wouldn't find the bible anywhere since they believe that God does not exist...therefore, how can the bible be anywhere in that store.
