no i'm not skinny so can jogging and lunges make it smaller and not larger?

Yes, jogging will make you loose weight all over and build leg muscle. The lunges will tone the muscle. If and when you do start this don't be alarmed if the scale says you weigh more. Remember muscle weighs more than fat. Forget what the scale says and keep going. Don't let it discourage you because in the end you will look and feel better for it.

Jabbergirl is right (and a tad smashing in that pink knit, if you ask me). When I run, my thighs get a bit bigger, but more toned. It's a good effect, and the strength there has many wonderful benefits.

Absolutely. If you are skinny already, you might get a little muscle that actually makes you bigger. But that isn't a bad thing.
