I have a mild fever (99.9 degrees), and I just feel this constant urge to "pee", but when I go, it's not much,it hurts and it burns when I pass the urine...
If this is a bladder infection, are there any home remedies to stop the pain, until I can go see the doctor?

Thank you so much!

with the signs&symptoms you have presented i think you have a urinary tract problem - increase your fluid intake proper hygiene, hand washing, dont wear tight fitting jeans , & see a doctor right away for a urinalysis to determine the real cause of your problem,so that proper management can be given .

It's very possible that you do indeed have a UTI but whether it's limited to the bladder or involves the bladder at all, I have no way to know for sure. Based on what you've said, I suspect it is and does. Once you have infection, cranberry juice can't help and can increase irritation but it's useful for preventing a recurrence once this one (if it is a UTI) is cleared up. Until you see your doctor, drink 3 liters plain water a day and urinate as soon as you feel the urge. I can't vouchsafe for the OTC remedies mentioned for pain but you'll need an antibiotic to clear up the infection.

Sounds like a bladder infection to me, however I am not a doctor. Drink cranberry juice, and I do not mean Ocean Spray. You need to get one that is 100% juice. There are also cranberry capsules available. Also, drink lots of water. That is also the key to keeping yourself from getting recurring bladder infections. One bladder infection a year is one too many or so I am told.

you can get a product called AZO Standard at a pharmacy over the counter - it will help with the pain and feeling of having to pee all the time. It will also make you pee hot pink - so be warned! It does sound like a UTI - urinary Tract Infection. They can only be cured with antibiotics so get to a doctor asap.
Pure cranberry juice (not cocktail - no sugar!) will help in the recovery but it wont work alone. Stay away from sugary food and spice - it will make you feel worse. Drink A LOT of water - it'll help. Sorry - I know how awful it is!!!!

That sounds like the symptoms of a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection).
Drink plenty of water and Cranberry juice, get a box of tablets called 'Uristat' from the pharmacy (over the counter) and see your doctor asap.

they sure are symptoms of a bladder or urinary tract infection. Try drinking lots of water and maybe find some cranberry juice without sugar.

The more water you drink, the more you dilute your urine and I think that helps. Get to a dr as soon as you can.
