I know i am 12 but I am little over weight and it runs in my family I want a flat stimach by summer and in spring i run to work on my 100 meter sprint (13.82) but it just stays what can I do and please don't say anything ur to young and that crap I am 5'4'' and 115 lbs and a girl what do i do?

Btw. You dont have to take sweets out. Just maybe eat them when something special happends. Try to cut out soda though. soda is def. a factor. If you have weights then that would help greatly. Lift maybe 5 lbs for maybe 10 min. take a break and maybe do some crunches. Drink LOTS AND LOTS OF water. it flushes out your system. They say 10 glasses per day. u could drink less if you're not a water person. REMEMBER. less fat is ur friend. dont eat when ur not hungry or that just causes stress. dont sit around doin nothing. Exersixe would be great! You dont have to do the same stuff all the time. maybe just do some dances, make up a dance, jump on a trampoline, walk around outside, go on a hike, walk to the park, something! other than sitting around. Some other additional things are there are special K meals, or other speacial meals to get ur metabolision (SP?)going. Those are good. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS always. I cant stress that enough eat a good, healthy, breakfast. if not you will be eating more than average snacking or at dinner or lunch. Remember school meals arnt always the healthy way to go. You could also run in a marithon those r always a good way to get it going.WELL i have done my workk. i hope you get everything you want. if needed email me for any more tips =]] id be happy to anwser. -you're not over weight
-just make sure you eat healthy, excesses, and stay hydrated
-dont completely avoid carbs, but dont eat sandwiches and bread all the time
-dont eat too much salt, and get enough potassium (helps w/ water weight)
-make sure you run often, stay fit
-drink plenty of water
-eat snacks. try eating 4-5 times a day. breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, then dinner. eating throughout the day helps
-eat something you like everyday. depriving yourself will only make it harder to resist splurging
-dont drink fruit smoothies and coffee drinks, they can be loaded with sugar and all sorts of bad stuff (fruit smoothie made at home are OK)
-skip the butter and mayonaise
-dont eat less! just eat differently.

i don't know too much about sprinting, but im guessing that practice will help a lot

gurl i had the same problem when i was eleven and i am 12 now all i did as a kid is try to go on the treadmill 20 mins a day and i ate healthy and can i say i look great jus do i as i said best of luck

You really don't need to lose weight, well is depends on where your fat is at. Eat more meals but less food. No breads or sugar and drink a gallon of water.

Eat smaller portions and exercise regularly at least 30 minutes a day! And don't get pregnant! LOL

5'4 and 115 pounds is not overweight. Thats not even a little overweight. Its perfectly normal.

can you touch yourself?
then you can lose weight.
eat less, walk more.
ride the bike. drink lots of water.
pounds come off. you look great !
