um well i have a problem i think im fat but my family sais im normal well i dont think the same as they do so what can i do to feel better and not feel FAT??

There is a lot of pressure to compete with all that you see in the pop culture, so if you measure yourself compared to that, then you are in trouble. The reality is to look at yourself in the mirror, and be realistic. If you can tighten your muscles, and you have enough flab that you can't really feel the muscles, then you may be a little overweight. If this is the case, ask yourself how hard are you willing to work to have muscle definition, because that is where the hard-bodies are at - working their asses off in the gym.
But, if you are measuring by how "skinny" you are, and any of your bones are showing through your muscles, then eat a sandwich or two and relax, for men don't want a female mummy for a girlfriend.
Final tip - you are you, and not them. There is much more than meets the eye for those in Hollywood and MTV, and much of it is make up and photography tricks. When the cameras are not rolling, they are eating. When they know they are about to be on camera, then the pay lots of money to hire trainers, eat the right foods and even go to the doctor to make sure they are getting strong and healthy, and not like they are some addict or starving refuge.

If you feel fat but people tell you you aren't, you probably aren't. However, if you feel like your fat, then sitting at your computer probably doesn't help. Try going on a run or doing some sit ups or something.

If you think your fat then you must have a
trust in your self and of course have a self confidence.
Dress with clothes that will make you feel sexy and not fat.

Maybe you should talk to someone outside of your family about it. You don't want to risk doing anything too drastic to try to solve your weight problem, talk to a physical trainer, and see what they have to say.

don't play into all that nonsense eat right and exercise are you chemically balanced you cant go on emotion. you need to know who you are and be secure.pick out good things about your self .you need to love what you see in the mirror.

Watch how much fatter everybody else is.
and say I'm robust and I'm in good shape.

and get your mind off your weight .

eat healthy and youll feel alot better but its all in your mind so you've got to start thinking positive learn to love yourself !!!!!!!!

you can try to raise some pounds, lol, you'll see how being a little more than skiny is usefull

uhhm.....well i feel fat sometimes i just think of something else like go for a walk or walk around the park or work out situps and stuff i do that every night i dunno lol
