I have a cyst ontop of my head, under my hair. I had it looked at by the doctor and he told me not to worry about it unless it gets bigger. I now have noticed another one and it sort of hurts when I press down on it. Should I have it looked at also? This one is smaller then the other, but since I am worried about everything health related, I worry that it could be cancerous.

these are extremely common and are called sebaceous cysts, they can become infected and sometimes burst,or need removing, they are never cancerous, they are just fatty fluid cysts.these cysts do not grow inwards at any time.so cannot cause headaches or any other symptoms

i had a cyst on my head also. one on my right elbow and on on the right palm of my hand near my index finger. i had them all removed the same day. Mine were all called (subacious) cysts. non cancer, most are not cancerous. have them removed. it is an easy proceedure. they test them for cancer...at least you'll have piece of mind. like they say: (no sense in carrying around baggage)! haha!
