okay some guys that i knew would "talk" to me,flirt,initiate contact and once it seems like your getting close they suddenly one day just snap and dont pay as much attention to you or ignore you or what they do at my school they flirt with your friend in front of you.its really annoying whats wrong,and how can i help this you think?

Most guys are afraid that if they get into a relationship with you they have to commit. Many guys are afraid of commitment and don't know how to deal with it...just my opinion.

sounds like you and he need some maturing, this will change with you when you find the right guy.
he may be interested in someone else also, he was just playing the field for awhile, and he may have realized that he likes the other girl better, and had to cool it with you or
he just feels that after he got go know you more, you were not compatible with him or
he could be playing hard to get
you will just have to find out as time goes on, if you were meant to be then you will be.
As far as flirting with your friend, could be same reasons as above. If you are still in school, play the field also.

It has never happened to me before (thankfully).. I seem to be the one doing all the ignoring.
I have friends who have been treated as you have, and what I've noticed is that they can sometimes act a lil' too (in my way of seeing things) desperate. They are too happy to get attention from some guys - too clingy, and act like that guy is their only option (which, in some cases - at the time - he may be)..
I don't know how to change what is happening to you, but my advice is to be the most CONFIDENT person that you that you can be! Live your life, set your GOALS, and make them a priority. Believe in yourself, and don't make finding a man your goal (and if you do find one, I hope you'll never postpone your success for him).. Then HE whom you choose to join in with you will be the fortunate one.

Most guys doesn't like to show their feelings, and letting you know off hand he likes you means he spilling too much of his guts. It's a macho thing. They don't wanna feel vulnerable, once he sees that you notice he's flirting with you and he likes you, he feels open. So when a guy ignore's you when just a few miniutes ago he was just up in your face, doesn't mean he doesn't like you anymore

Guys will be guys. They are having fun (you should try it) with life. This is a time to flirt and pay attention to whom ever catches your eye. No one is married or engaged. Don't take thing so seriously. Why don't you try it? PEACE!

OMG THATS EXACTLY WHAT I DID TO THIS GIRL IN THE BEGINING. its the hard-to-get game, us guys like playing it. when we ignore you and you totally see us doing it on purpose then you know we like you. if we do it in front of you with your friend then we REALLY like you. IF WE ACT COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THAN OUR NORMAL SELVES WHILE TALKING TO YOUR FRIEND AND IGNORING YOU THEN WE REALLY REALLY HAVE FEELINGS FOR YOU. yea wierd world eh? its not nice but its kinda like are way of saying we have feelings for you and aren't ready to show you so im kinda stalling here talking to your friend and all, lol im serious, straight from a guy himself, ive done it b4. and the girl and I eventually dated about a week later

im a dude and the reason why we do this is because (this is why i do it) we want to see anyone prettier than that person. try to be very attractive and that boy will be all over you.
