There are several great websites on Islam. A great website that has several different translations of the Quran is:

http://www.usc.edu/dept/MSA/quran/

The website offers several different authors to the translations formatted to help people understand from different backgrounds. Yusuf Ali has a more formal approach to translating where as Pickthal has a more practical approach. Either way, the meanings are the same, just different approaches in explaining them.

This website is very informative, Good Luck!:)
