Has anyone tried the AB Lounge or have you heard any positive or negative feedback on it's ability to strengthen and help tone up your stomach muscles? Thanks.

Yes, it works. I have one, and I do 100-200 crunches a day on it. You also have to eat healthy, and drink a lot of water. I do just that, and have lost 2lbs so far this week. That's about the average amount of weight that is healthy to lose in one week. So yes, it really does work! Good Luck!
