well there is this guy who i like but he is 4 yrs elder to me n he too likes me!!! but the prob is the age!!!!!!!
he keeps on tlkin bout his ex gf in front of me !!!! is he tryin to make me jealous???????
i really love him!!!!!!!!! please help!! wat do i do??????????
(rite now we r gud frnds but i want him to b my bf!!!)

yea the ex gf thing is a jealousy decoy for him to see how much you like him. ok now the question is, how old are you? i think from ages 13 - 17 dating should be kept atleast within a year of age difference. in your 18 - 24 its kinda like a 2 - 3 year difference thing. after that it really doesn't matter anymore. but love doesnt have ages, if you really love him and know why you do and have good reason, then age doesn't matter. go get'm tiger. leave a note somewhere or tell him how you feel,

Age does not mean a thing. If he keeps talking about his ex though? That could be a problem, but i admit i have done it before to make girls jealous. You should just tell him that you are tired of hearing about his ex and maybe he should get over her so he can move on. See how he reacts and you will now f the relationship is gonna happen or not. First, I think your keyboard must be malfunctioning. It seems to be repeating your punctuation marks. For example, the "!" key and the "?". If this is not your keyboard's fault, then perhaps it would be helpful to note that when you type in constant misspellings and overblown use of "!" and "?", you look like an immature child begging for something in an annoying manner. Learn to spell like normal people, it won't hurt, I promise. And you really can ask a question with only one "?".

I get the feeling that he doesn't know that you love him. That's probably why he talks about his ex-girl friend. You need to tell him how you feel. But know that he may only want friendship from you.

Four years is to big of a difference in age.

let nature takes its course. true love knows no boundaries. age doesn't matter, and besides, 4 years difference isn't big.
2 possibilities-- either he can't get over his ex and he treats you like a brother, so he shares his pain with you. or, he wants to make you feel jealous like you mentioned. though i seriously doubt the latter, because if he really likes you, he would be spending more time to relate to you and trying to get to know more about you, instead of brooding on his past.
if he hasn't gotten over his ex and isn't ready to commit to another relationship, don't force it on him. all the best. :)

everyone makes a big deal out of age, but i know some married people that are 10 years apart so i dont think it matters much. with him talking about his ex gf.....i dont think hes trying to make you jealous, i just think hes trying to show his interest in being your bf

first of all age is nothing but a number and 2nd of all well if he keeps on talking about his ex girlfriend infront you than forget about him obviously hes not over his ex so dump the loser and move on.

Anyways..."4" and "2" are NOT words..they are numbers. How hard can it be to spell "too" or "to" and..."for" I'd actually have to go out of my way to type numbers. He probably talks about his girlfriend's ability to spell crap...in that case it is YOUR fault...Tough lucky...Kaythanksbye
