Stouffer's Lasagna, or Vegetable Lasagna. They are both really good. You could fib and say you made it yourself.

There is a brand called Nancy's and they make miniature quiches and crabcakes that you pop in the oven for a very nice one or two bite appetizer. Also a company called Athens makes little pastry shells (15 to a package) that thaw quickly and can be filled with almost anything. You can use deli chicken salad or crab or shrimp salad. If you want something sweet, you can fill them with Philadelphia Cheesecake filling (new in the dairy section), instant pudding or canned cherry pie filling. If you don't mind a little work, you can also buy puffed pastry by Pepperidge Farm and it thaws in about 20 minutes. You can do a million things with it and look like a professional. Go on the web and Google for puffed pastry recipes. You can cut it into strips and twist them like breadsticks and just sprinkle some sugar and cinnamon (or just sugar) on them and bake them. The box usually has some recipes too. I keep this in my freezer at all times! Bagel Bites aren't bad either or you can bake any frozen pizza (preferably the brick oven square ones) and cut them into small pieces.

Trader joes have a ton of great frozen foods. I love the black bean enchilladas, but they have so much, you'll find whatever you need.

Stouffer's lasagna is really good. There are also some good frozen raviolis, one by Lucca (I think).
