i think girls do mature faster but boys aren't stupid they are just going from the "pokemon" stage to the "dating" stage lol its called "puberty"

i am a youth pastor as well as a sister of a 16 year old boy ... so i'm around this age group all the time! i wouldn't say they are rude, immature, and stupid at this age (though some can be - no matter what age ... or gender for that matter) ... i think a lot of it stems from all of the hormonal changes they experience. the teenage brain is still in the process of being developed so during this time emotions among other things are going crazy. it's a pretty stressful time.
yes, it's definitely possible to love boys this age! i don't find it easier to love girls either. i think it's important to remember all of the changes you experience during this time and have patience with them. boys this age are very lovable! just takes a little effort to reach them and/or understand them :)

I think all teens are rude, immature and stupid. But usually not all at once. There hormones do that to them so the parents will want them out of the house when its time for them to leave! Girls are just as bad as boys, if not worse because instead of breaking stuff and acting stupid, they're acting like little whores and gossiping all the time.

No.Well mannered boys don't become rude just because they are in puberty.It depends on what discipline have the parents gave their son.It's absolutely possible for a girl and a boy to love each other at that age.My boyfriend and I are together and love each other since both of us were 14 years old.

It may be typical of North America but it's not like that all over the World. For example, if you were to visit one of England's Private Boarding Schools such as Eaton or Harrow - you would find a lot of polite and intelligent boys between the ages of 12 and 16.

uh well i fall between in that age group and from the guys I've been with I can tell you that most guys my age are somewhere in between trying to act all grown up and stuck up and acting really immature. over all they have no clue what they want and they can be totally obnoxious, immature, and rude. but once in a while you'll run across a guy who's really above the others

you forgot smelly LOL. Of course it's possible to love boys at this age. I will love my son no matter what he like . I wouldn't agree with stupid though. May make stupid decisions but that does not make HIM stupid

They can be all of the above, but that doesn't mean they have to be. It's up to the parents to teach them respect and good values. I mean, you have to expect a few fart jokes from boys that age, but parents need to guide them in the important things.
