This happened to me a few years ago. I talked to my bf at the time (now husband) and he encouraged me to see what happens with the girl. (Yes, being a guy he was into the threesome angle--which did happen a few times and was fun.) After having a crush on this woman for about a year and a half we did end up messing around a few times but it ended up really straining the friendship and we eventually lost touch. I also was involved with a few other women around the same time and I am still good friends with them. I am not sure how I can anwser your question of how to get over a crush without pursuing it.
I felt that I had to at least explore being bi a little bit before I wanted to really commit to a relationship. You may feel differently or may just not want to risk the relationship you are already in. There are a lot of non traditional relationship options that can work. But that requires a lot of honest discussion and finding out what works for everyone involved.

I would say try dating a girl before you completely say no to the idea. Maybe you should trying being friends with her first before you even think about cheat on your man. And see if she is even worth it.

wow, are you sure it's a crush? maybe you just feel really close to her because you would like to be great friends with her. if you've never liked a girl, how are you so sure that you do now? think about it carefully. maybe talk to her about it and see how she feels? if you can, then try to spend more time with your boyfriend and take your mind off of her by keeping yourself busy. a little bit time off from her would be a big help.

well i think your bi. if you are not happy with you boyfriend, don't cheat on him but tell him how you feel and be with her. or if you love him then don't cheat. you should never cheat because its very insensitive and you are not respecting him.

spend less time with her. think about your priorities. is it just an infatuation due to admiration you have for her/ curiosity about how such relationship works, or is it like how you feel towards your boy? only you know the best. :)
