Just eat more protein. Remember you're made out of protein. So, add more calories to your diet, and make sure that they're quality protein. Protein doesn't metabolize as quickly as the sugars and carbs do. Fat metabolizes the slowest, but I don't think you really want to go there.

1g of protein equals 4 calories

1g of carbs equals 4 calories

1g of fat equals 9 calories

You need at least 40-50 grams of protein per day as a normally active girl, so you'll need to boost it up a bit since you're going to be running.

Oh, and make sure to eat bananas so your bruises go away more quickly. That has nothing to do with your question, but I thought I might throw it in, because you mentioned that you're doing soccer.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

eat more carbs and run. Running may actually make you gain weight in muscle.
I doubt you can loose any more weight, you sound pretty small already.
Start running, see what happens.

As long as you don't decrease your calorie intake you should be fine. I play soccer & I have found that I actually gained a few pounds from playing because of the muscle I have built.

Just enjoy that super fast metabolism while you can! Eat a lot, and when you run, do some sprints, and run stairs - that should help you build a little muscle in your legs.

Up your calorie intake if you are going to start running more. Then maintain that calorie intake and start building muscle too. Me and my bf both did soccor and there are always days of light weight lifting to build endurance and muscle strenght.

Eat more carbs then. Load up on whole wheat bread and pastas. It will give you the engery and not lose the weight.

When you gain muscle, you gain more weight. Muscle is heavier than fat.
